  • 100km swim: 5:30am @ MSAC, Albert Park

  • 100 mile run: Sandridge Lifesaving Club @ 4:30 - 8:00pm

Where & When?

Why?

83% of Victorian teens don't meet daily activity guidelines. With huge drop offs in the numbers of adolescents participating in sport between the ages of 14-19. We want to be part of changing this. This epic challenge will raise money so that Momentum can play its part in removing barriers to sport for young people and help them pursue a healthier, social and more active futures through swimming, biking and running.

What?

The M100 Challenge is made up of two parts over one single day. A 100km swim in the morning and a 100 mile run in the evening. Our challenge is to collectively reach these distances and in the process raise money for awesome Momentum programs that get young people active or keep them active through swimming, cycling and running.
