April School Holidays Training - Performance Athletes 15-20

Join us these school holidays for a fun and focused block of triathlon training. Sessions are a great chance to stay active, build skills and train alongside teammates in a supportive environment.

Performance Athletes – Ages 15–20
Tuesday 14 April
Swim / Run @ MSAC / Albert Park Lake
8:30am – 11:30am

Approx. outline:
8:30–10:00 Swimming
10:00–10:30 Break + refuel
10:30–11:30 Running

Gear required (Day 1):
• Swimming gear - goggles / swim cap / towel / pool toys (if you have them - buoy, fins, paddles)
• Comfortable running shoes & socks
• Water bottle; light snack
• Hat/sunscreen; post-swim warm layer / wet weather gear

Wednesday 15 April
Bike @ Packer Park Velodrome
8:30am – 10:00am

Approx. outline:
8:30–10:00 Bike skills and race scenarios / Transitions

Gear required (Day 2):
• Road bike with drop bars (no TT bikes; remove clip-ons), in safe, serviced condition
• Helmet
• Cycling kit, shoes/pedals you normally use
• Spare tube, tyre levers, mini-pump/CO₂, drink bottles, ride nutrition
• Sunglasses
• Running shoes
• Hat / Sunscreen / relevant gear for wet / sunny weather
